Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while also protecting our small business. The following policy applies to all confirmed bookings:
Cancellation by the Guest

The £75 security deposit will always be refunded in full if cancellation occurs before your stay.
Part payments: Any part payments made are non-refundable unless the cancellation is more than 30 days before check-in and the full balance had been paid.
Refunds are issued within 10 working days of cancellation confirmation.
Confirmation of account details will be required by the guest to process refund
No-Shows / Early Departures No refunds will be provided for no-shows or if you choose to leave early during your stay.
Cancellation by Us (the Owners) In the rare case we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency maintenance or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the security deposit.
Booking Terms
A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.
Until payment is made, your requested dates will remain available for others to book.
